Wilson V. Encarnacion hails from 20 years of experience within the banking, insurance and investments sectors by having excelled within the roles as Sales Manager for New York Life, District Manager for Mutual of New York and President of Advanced Planning Concepts. Mr. Encarnacion carved out a new path that opened opportunities that have extended to the formation of several entities such as internet-based ventures, several restaurants, and real estate development. In true entrepreneurial spirit, it was not too long until Mr. Encarnacion conceived of the idea to have a one-stop-shop where the needs for funding, insurance and investments can be fulfilled within the realm of a singular firm.
Royal Pacific Enterprises. was formed to cater to the clients’ needs, colleagues and personal relationships from which business has been immediately generated “overnight” due to Mr. Encarnacion’s reputation for being a savvy businessman and a reputable workhorse. As President, Mr. Encarnacion procures new business opportunities and utilizes innovative techniques to increase lucrative results for individual clients and entities. In addition, extensive marketing tactics are exercised while establishing long-term relationships within the respective sectors of funding, insurance and investments

G. David Taber – Sr. Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Operations

Mr. Taber has over 25 years of extensive and experienced background in multiple industries of professional sports, chemical and aerospace, telecommunications, fresh produce and food packaging, wireless telecommunications, and real estate development.
He has held various executive sales and marketing positions with Hercules, Inc (1982-1990) and Vice President of Retail Marketing for Fresh Western Marketing, Inc. (1990-1993). He then joined Comcast (1993-1998) and served as Director of Marketing in their wireless division and helped lead them in successfully growing revenue, increasing market share, customer acquisition and retention. Following these career successes, Mr. Taber moved to Ericsson, Inc. (1999-2005), a global leader in the manufacturing and supply of wireless telecommunications equipment. He served as Vice President, Key Account Sales and directed a multi-functional team to achieve nearly $1B in revenue during his tenure. In 2002, Mr. Taber founded Bunker Hill Management Group, a management and business consulting and real estate development firm that was responsible for all aspects of consulting and development of residential properties. In 2008 he joined Summit Trust Company as Vice President of Marketing and Sales and Senior Marketing Officer and currently serves as an Independent Trust Consultant for them. In 2010, Mr. Taber was certified by the Environmental Protection Agency to teach a law class to contractors concerning lead paint and its handling. Mr. Taber also played professional soccer for the Tampa Bay Rowdies in the US and in Europe.
Mr. Taber is a 1980 graduate of Philadelphia University with a B.S. in Textile Technology with concentration in Chemistry and Engineering and performed graduate studies at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Chemical Marketing. Mr. Taber is active in his church and community and lives in Pennsylvania with his wife and three children.
Martin A. Janco – Senior Vice-President, RPIG

Martin A. Janco is the Sr. Vice President of the Royal Pacific Insurance Group, LLC (RPIG), whose responsibilities include the property and casualty insurance placement for all retail and wholesale clients. Martin comes with over 25 years of insurance industry experience working at several companies, including Marsh and McLennan and NSM. As account executive at M&M, his responsibilities included handling multinational clients with national and worldwide presence. At NSM, where he helped launch the business in 1990 and successfully grew the retail operations as director of marketing and sales from 2 million in premium to over 30 million. Martin at NSM also worked as a director who grew national wholesale program from 1 million to over 35 million in sales.
